BlackX collects only the information needed to operate our ride platform — your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, and payment information when you book a ride.

We do not sell your personal information. We share trip details with the assigned chauffeur to complete your reservation and with service providers (payment processing, SMS notifications) strictly to deliver the service you requested.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@rideblackx.com.
