Terms of Service

By booking a ride with BlackX you agree to these terms. Pricing is flat and quoted up front. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup; later cancellations or no-shows are charged the full fare.

Riders are responsible for damage caused to a vehicle beyond normal wear. BlackX vehicles are non-smoking. Chauffeurs may refuse service to anyone whose behavior endangers themselves, other passengers, or the vehicle.

BlackX is fully licensed and insured. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the fare for the ride in question.
